We Need Connection

(John 15:4-5)  Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

(1 John 4:20) If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

Closeness to the body of Christ is the measuring stick of intimacy with God.  If you want to grow more intimately with the Lord, you must be open to others. The solution is find intimate relationships. (Sounds simple, but it is not!)
